Nate was ALWAYS the better choice. Agile and quick witted and INFORMED. Bonnie seemed to think the leadership was somehow hers by default or birthright. I've never once thought it was a good idea to give it to Doug Ford in a red dress.

What I find stunning is not the admission itself that it is more tough than expected, but that she is not doing anything about it. In effect, she was admitting she is lazy and was expecting that she would be handed a competitive position on a silver platter. The best thing she could do right now is to resign and say that this is not for her and she would like number 2 to take over.

The second best thing that she can do is get to work. Rent a big red bus and start touring the province. It will be lonely, it will be hard work, but it will make a difference. With no seat in the legislature she has lots of time on her hands. Use it.

I voted for Nate. I'm not surprised it's gone this way with her.

Why does it even matter when the Libs and NDP are going to split the vote as they always have and let Doug Fraud coast in again? Until that's fixed policies are irrelevant. So is competence.

The Ontario and Federal Liberals are incompetent. They are essentially right-wing parties promoting identity politics. The Ontario Liberals are just Doug Ford in a dress: corrupt developers, anti-environmentalists, low tax mongers, and folks against regulations. Who da Fvck wants that?

Trudeau, Freeland, and all those dimwits he constantly shuffles around cabinet are going to lose, because they are unwilling to understand why people are in distress: cost-of-living, housing affordability, declining quality of jobs, competing with immigrant groups for minimum wage jobs, excessive number of refugees saturating the low end housing, rampant corruption, and anti-market policies.

Instead of developing platforms that stabilize the middle class and advance society, the Federal Liberals sell platitudes and hold hands with criminals (like Mob Ford), slow moving separatists (like Fishy Francois), and outright dingbats (Dumb Dani).

Both the federal and provincial Liberal parties would be 20-30 points ahead if they explained why healthcare, college/university tuition, housing, infrastructure, forest fire management, and managing cities are all provincial matters, and viciously exploited how the premiers keep failing and then provide populist solutions.

As I said, these turnips have no ability in winning elections. Like the American democrats they are just hoping the other team is so brutally incompetent that people just vote for anyone.

Ontario NDP’ers and Ontario Liberals (not tied to corporatism) should just support the Greens to give them 30-40% of the vote, which would translate into a minority government.
