Federal NDP are just as useless. The party vehicle exists solely as controlled opposition to split the non-Tory vote and elect cons, then thump their chests in self-righteousness for fundraising purposes. It's a racket, like the DSA/Squad in the US. Canada would be a better country overall if the (O)NDP would just merge with the Liberals or go away.
