one you missed about the Liberals. They support the on going genocide in Gaza, the price being a couple of ridings which heavy zionist leanings. They'll trade extermination of people for a MP. The Liberal leadership's moral compass is non existent. Some MPs from the NDP have spoken out publicly and loudly, but this issue has exposed most of our political class as soulless ghouls. And before someone says how much of a loving parent X or Y is, by all reports Himmler was a girl-dad and Hitler a vegetarian who was very kind to animals.

Damn. That last para made me sad.

PP as PM does not compute.

What has he got to offer but descent.

Hmmmm ....... "English Canada Has A Quebec Understanding Problem," you say.

Yup, I agree wholeheartedly. 1,000% - just to use a Trumpism, you understand; and most English Canadians are quite acknowledging of that. Oh, and, for the most part, frankly, Miss Scarlett, we just don't give a damn about that lack of understanding! Let them go! Absolutely! We just don't care enough.

Oh, and by the by, the reverse is true, as well: French Canada has an English Canada understanding problem. They think that they can extort us and, with the exception of the fucking Laurentians, the answer across the country is as above: Let them go!

I can tell you that as an Alberta resident I am sick and tired of paying excess taxes just so it can be shipped out to Quebec. Particularly when the residents of Quebec sneer at us and want our money but denigrate how we earn it. As I said, let them go!

Your bridging efforts in 2025 will meet with boredom from me. Ennui personified, I am, on that topic.

Oh, and one final thought, I always encourage folks to change their mind. A closed mind certainly catches no flies but, damnit, it doesn't allow fresh air and new thoughts to enter either.

Best of times for you in the New Year, Sir.

Happy New Year to you, Mr. Scrimshaw. I enjoy reading you, even when I disagree with your positions. It's good to be exposed to contrary opinions.

The ROC understands Quebec's place. Think you need to explain Canada and their place in it to Quebec, not their 1867 place but their 2025 place. Let's start with we are not a bilingual nation, we have two official languages.
